[c-nsp] RSP16 in 7505 supporting SLCR?

Hi,
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/core/cis7505/rte_swit/4661.htm#wp21661
says:
"You have no restrictions on installing an RSP16 in a Cisco 7505,
however; the Cisco 7505 does not support the HSA or the HA features."
and later, at
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/core/cis7505/rte_swit/4661.htm#wp260850
it lists "Single Line Card Reload (SLCR)" as "HA feature".
Does that mean that OIR and reload of a single linecard isn't possible
anymore with RSP16 in 7505? Or does that actually refer only to the
HA/HSA features which do require a standby RSP? Then this statement
about "does not support the HSA or the HA features." is quite redundant,
like saying "a two-seater car does not support more than two people".
Can someone clarify the verbiage?
I'm trying to find out wether there is a cheap upgrade path for a 7505
RSP4 loaded with VIP4-80 for times where the 256M RAM on RSP4 doesn't
cut it anymore...
Best regards,
Daniel
