  The cabling you use will depend on the ends that you use.  The PA-2T3s use
regular BNC connectors but the 12k, 6DS3-SMB-B card uses SMB 
connectors.   The Cisco direct cable is $100/pair and 10' long.   My 
advice is to find the ends that fit then buy the cable to match the ends.
