Not really, as the 4500 has different supervisor options, that bring
up new and exciting problems.

We've collected a 2900, 2900XL and 2926 over time. The 2926 is a
fixed-config-SupII-5000. The 2900XL is a "standard XL" switch. The
2900 is a 2HE switch with two expansion bays for "high speed uplink
modules" (like 2x 100BaseFX).

The 2948 and 2980 are fixed-config Cat4000s.
The 2948G-L3/4908G-L3 are bastard Cat8500s (<< yeah, forgot a big one)

Ah, indeed. Forgot even more.
Not to speak of individual funnies, like "certain 2950 series only available
in EI, and others only with SI software".
