There are three type of GRP's around, watch for the 800-xxxx-yy number
reported in the "MAIN:" line in a "show diag <slot>" output:

MAIN: type 19, 800-2427-01 is a GRP-A, only supports 256MB.
MAIN: type 19, 800-2427-02 is a GRP-B, only 256 MB DRAM option
orderable (at that time)
MAIN: type 19, 800-2427-03 is a GRP-B with option to go upto 512 MB.

800-2427-02 has 512MB support but the rommon version needs to be
upgraded to at least 181.
Without it being 181 or higher (recent versions are numbered as 2.x), we
will only recognize 440MB of available DRAM.
12.0(18)S1/12.0(19)S and later supports 512MB with this GRP, use
"upgrade rom-monitor slot <slot>" to upgrade the ROM on the GRP.

this is a "show diag" for such a 800-2427-02 which has been upgraded to
512MB.
