[c-nsp] return of rxload again

The rxload on my internet router always flies up to 120/255. Its never done this before. When I check my firewall logs, I don't see anymore than the usual occasional incoming connections on ports 135/445 that are being blocked.
Also, the load on my firewall(watchguard) is pretty low. Usually when I have a virus outbreak, the load goes way up and I don't see anything unsual going out(just standard port 80 stuff).

This has been happening for the last few days and internet access slows to a crawl.
