[c-nsp] tag-switching ip command in DPT engine 3

Is it possible to apply tag-switching ip, or mpls ip
command on DPT engine 3 cards ? I am sure engine 2 is
possible, but one of the Cisco SE claims that
tag-switching ip command is not support on DPT engine
3 card. Can't seem to find any documentation on this.
Can anyone confirm ?
