[c-nsp] ospf authentication

As a safety-net, don't write the config to NVRAM, and use tip #3 from:
  http://www.oreillynet.com/pub/a/network/2002/01/02/ciscotips.html

If you blow up the config, the router will reboot. If everything goes well,
you cancel the scheduled reboot.
