As already pointed out, OpenVMPS does the trick here - I've just
implemented it in a 3750/6500 network and it works very well. You can
download it here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/vmps/
There are other solutions but I haven't tried them - OpenVMPS uses the same
format flat file that cisco discuss in their VMPS documentation. The others
use back-end databases (if I read their documentation correctly as I
quickly scanned them a while back) which is probably a better solution if
you have a constantly changing set of MAC addresses you need to track.
Naturally, there are more complex but perhaps more flexible from a
management point of view.
