[c-nsp] CCO Password resets

I already spent some time today to get the passwords of our accounts reset which doesn't work as locksmith tells me there're multiple accounts associated with the email-address..

I wonder if the guys at Cisco thought about this before doing it.
Cisco loosing passwords because of sloppiness, not worse enough, saddling the work and problems on their customers..
