My requests have changed now from multiple accounts,

Reason: There was more than one User ID in the CCO database associated
with your email address.

Yeah, I've just had the same thing. They'll be saving account managers,
tac engineers, database guys and probably half the support staff of their
company a lot of time if they take an agnostic approach here..

i got the multiple account error too altho i only think i've got one
account.
if any cisco locksmith folks are reading, i dont see why you cant send all
passwords to the address if there are multiple logins...
