[c-nsp] Long reach 10G

I'm looking to put together a 10G link that is beyond the reach of
Cisco's XENPAK-10GB-ER units (basically, more than 40km).  I'm looking
for a box to use to use as a repeater in the circuit, but I want to
keep that box as simple as possible.  Ideally a device without any
significant software configuration, SM 10G in and 10G out and dual
power supplies.

I'm open to any vendor, so if anyone has and ideas, let me know.  Thanks!
