[c-nsp] Ubr Config Question

Is there any Ubr experts on the list?  We have a Ubr7114 CMTS router for
a small community we serve...

Currently, the cable modem config file is downloaded via tftp as an
actual file stored in flash memory.  The other option is to store this
information in the config itself versus having a file stored on the
flash...

Anyone know of pros/cons of just doing in the config which seems easier?
