[c-nsp] IMA degrading problem

Hello,

I have a qurious problem at IMA (E1 x 2) degrading.

It operates normally when both ATM interfaces are active, but when one of
them goes down, one of PVC(0/250)=ATM0/IMA0.2 goes down at the same time.

Router and IOS is "IOS (tm) 3700 Software (C3745-IS-M), Version
12.2(15)T13", and IMA module is NM-4E1-IMA.

Cisco TAC could not reproduce the problem and I am stuck.
If some of you had similar problem and have clue, please let me know.
