[c-nsp] Cisco WS-X6748-GE-TX / Extreme interoperability problems?

Sounds like auto-negotiate and auto-mdix are tied together.

Is the cable a X-over?  If not, then setting the Cisco to 100/full will
turn off auto-mdix and the port will go down.
