[c-nsp] Cisco DSLAM memory leak possible

For leaks you reboot.
After the box is up and stable you watch the Free.
You watch it over time and if it keeps going down
with no logical reason (more users connecting, more
routes, etc..) you probably have a leak.
To debug you get:
sh proc mem sort
and
sh proc mem <PID> for the process that keeps increasing and
open a TAC case.
