[c-nsp] Strange 6509 Error

Just as a followup.... The switch got rebooted a little while ago and I
had preloaded 12.1(26)E2 onto it. It's now backup and working fine with
no errors... Just an FYI... I realize this doesn't prove it's code
related 100% but hopefully this is helpful if someone runs across the
same issues...

If you aren't already, I'd definitely work with the TAC on this -
hopefully there is crashinfo that can help them isolate the cause of the
failover; these two symptoms may very well be related.
