Hi,
I have had an issue this morning where a DHCP pool on a router would not
assign IP addresses to the IP phone I was trying to install.
I was getting the following messages from debug:
Aug 11 12:04:13.271 CET: DHCPD: DHCPDISCOVER received from client
0100.13c3.15ba.ee on interface ATM1/0.399.
Aug 11 12:04:13.271 CET: DHCPD: address pool LOLW01c is empty.

Aug 11 12:04:21.271 CET: DHCPD: address pool LOLW01c is empty.
Aug 11 12:04:37.272 CET: DHCPD: DHCPDISCOVER received from client
0100.13c3.15ba.ee on interface ATM1/0.399.
Aug 11 12:04:37.272 CET: DHCPD: address pool LOLW01c is empty.
It worked again when I removed the DHCP pool, and created it again - IP
address was assigned.
There are other pools on the same router (that seem to have the same
problem, but I am not really in a position to check at this moment).
Could this happen because I forgot to configure "no ip dhcp conflict
logging" (I have added it now)?
Vincent
