[c-nsp] VRRP/HSRP question

Not sure if 3750 supports it yet but you could
run EEM with a TCL script to watch the syslog
and configure it to add/remove the network statement
under the routing protocol when the syslog for HSRP
becomes active on that router.

The problem with that is your convergence will not
be as fast if you have a router failure.
