[c-nsp] Multicast support on IOS? , Can 3800 act as P ?

Hello,

I understand that Multicast/Multicast VPN over CsC is not
supported between customer and provider backbonne, but does that mean
that its not supported between customer CEs too ?

If not, is there any plans to support it soon, newer IOS ?

Can the 3800 ISR series of routers act as LSR, not eLSR(swap labels
between interfaces) - act as P ?
