You're both right. 2065 can be used for DLSw+, but it's also available
for aux reverse telnet - from the fact the original poster said that
4065 etc are open I would guess that they're open because of this, not
DLSw+.
I don't know how IOS handles the fact 2065 can be used for both DLSw+
and AUX reverse telnet. I would guess DLSw+ takes priority. (Unless
it's a case of "whichever process boots first and binds to the port")
