[c-nsp] Is this throughput on ATM DS3 in 3640 normal?

Forgive me for answering myself. I meant atm clock internal below,
not clock source internal.
This is the ATM configuration in the routers:
interface ATM1/0
ip address 172.22.48.2 255.255.255.252
ip ospf network point-to-point
no atm ilmi-keepalive
pvc 1/42
protocol ip 172.22.48.1 broadcast
