[c-nsp] SUP32 impressions

We have eight Sup32 in production and one in the lab, all of the 9*GE
variant.  They work nicely for OSPFv2/OSPFv3/BGP/PIM-SM etc, and with
various kinds of SFPs, including DWDM SFPs with those nice monitoring
features.  We also run EoMPLS between a pair of them.  Works fine too.

The Sup32 has a PFC-3B, so it is really like a Sup720-3B without the
switching fabric, and with a slightly wimpier MSFC.
