Yes with PFC3A/PFC3B.  The PFC3BXL supports 800'000 or so IPv4 unicast
routes.  Note that both the Sup720 and the Sup32 can be outfitted with
the PFC3BXL.

If you want to continue to use unfiltered full routing, yes.
According to the CIDR report, we're at 173453 prefixes in "the" BGP
table now.
