[c-nsp] max 3660 flash card

  Ray, that exactly what I did:
   1. Have the flash pre-load with IOS.
   2. Remove power off the chassis, slide out the MB.
   3. pop in/ pop out new goodies.
   4. Reseat the MB and check.

  Step 2 and 3 can be done with slow-hand like me in about 4 min.
