[c-nsp] IP Cef - Two T1s - getting full bandwidth download but not upload

I cleared the nvram and started the config again.  I pasted it in, just
as it had been originally (Ip Cef and per-packet)

Now everything works as expected, full upload and download speed.

Some "hidden" command that did not show in a "sho run" must have been
activated.

cef works great.  We are doing this with at&t at several locations.  The

problem is probably at your end if you can't upload faster than 1.5.

Don't forget to include two default routes (one out each Serial
interface).

ip load-sharing per-packet on both Serial interfaces.

and

ip cef
ip cef load-sharing algorithm original
