[c-nsp] mix of AC and DC power supplies in 7200

Hi,

is it a valid combination to put one AC- and one DC power supply into
a 7200(VXR)?

(The router in question is sitting in a rack that has only single 230V
AC power available, but it has 48V DC power as well - also non-redundant,
but independent from the 230V AC power - so this looks promising)
