[c-nsp] POS OC3 / GE / PPS question

I have a client that runs a large web farm that is repeatedly being 
ddos'd.  Routing the larger attack's destination to null at our 
upstreams is really costing them money as they have around 400 sites 
bound to each IP.
I am looking for something that will handle 200k - 300k pps w/o dying. 
The current 12k and 4 port OC3 POSIP card don't seem to do well at 
anything above 175k pps.
Any reccomendations without having to move to a 76xx ?
