c7200-boot-mz.120-24.S6.bin fits in 4MB also:

#sh bootflash:
-#- ED ----type---- --crc--- -seek--
nlen -length- ---------date/time--------- name
1 .. image B2648E8B 37E1A4 27 3399972 Sep 8 2005
15:31:29 -07:00 c7200-boot-mz.120-24.S6.bin

7772 bytes available (3400100 bytes used)
#

Is there any reason to use 12.0.23 S6 instead of 12.0.24 S6?

Ted
