We have 7301's that have regularly and happily punt along at over 
700mbps, resulting in a cpu load around 40%.  I must admit that we're 
talking long streams of large IPv4 packets here but the boxes handled 
it without breaking a sweat.

Beyond that you'd be well served by 6500 class boxes.
