[c-nsp] installing WS-C6504-E-VPN+-K9

Going to be setting up WS-C6504-E-VPN+-K9 in the next
couple days w/ HSRP/RRI/stateful failover.  Wanted to
ping the group see if anyone has any 'gotchas' with
this platform and if anyone can recommend a stable
version of code.
