[c-nsp] boot images for 72xx to fix in 4M flash

All the old images that are listed as DF will not
be put back on CCO so it's not advised to be running
them.

It's my fault that I missed the later image would
still fit.

Bottom line..the two images on CCO for the 4M flash
that are not listed as deferred are the two I mentioned and
that's what the FN will be updated to reflect. Those
are what Cisco recommends you run for now.
