R: [c-nsp] PIX Failover hung up when both units start up at thesame time

Hi,

Make sure that if you use a failover cable, the primary end really
connects to the primary unit and vice-versa, otherwise this could
cause the FO unit to hang at boot time.
It is also important that both unit have the same software version.
