[c-nsp] SUP32 and Edge routing

Hi,
Quite strange, I've got a cisco presentation saying that Sub32 has same
PFC3B & 3BXL options as 720....

Sup32 only comes with an option for 256k TCAM today. There is no 3bXL
option for Sup32 in IOS or CatOS.
