[c-nsp] 7206VXR crashing every day

Step #1:
List all hardware items in the router, all cards, power supplies,
etc. Include the chassis. Beside each listed item, place a checkbox.
Step #2:
Check every checkbox on the sheet of paper. Everything checked is
a likely faulty piece of hardware.
