[c-nsp] OT -- DSL modems

It's a Copper cable running about 1/2 to 3/4 of a mile that we are running DSL modems over to get 2mb currently and wanting to do something to get 10mb or better.

Are you talking 2 back to back with the adsl line connecting the
two together, or are you talking 2 cards in a single device doing
bonded dsl lines?
