[c-nsp] Default Route vs Full routing table with BGP

Yes, I also need to have default route set on my routers though as well I
received full route from both providers.
This last resort gateway will forward any traffic that towarded to any route
that doesn't appear on my full routing table which periodically bogon has
those prefixes/routes updated.
