Each component most likely has a data sheet that lists its weight and 
dimensions.  In the case of a chassis, Cisco often publishes the weight 
with and without power supplies, or will at least specify if the chassis 
weight includes the power supplies.

Standard 19" racks or cabinets should work just fine.  I have several 
4503s mounted this way.  The ears are plenty strong enough to front-mount 
the unit, or you could adapt it to be center-mounted in a 2-post relay 
rack.
