[c-nsp] Sup720 12.2.(17d)SXB6 experience

We have seen "cosmetic" issues with (18)SXD when run on a box with a 
CSM blade (duplication of CSM config stanzas).  It also appears to have 
a stack of caveats around NSF and SSO.  Seeing as we don't need NSF or 
SSO I thought we dodge the entire issue for a while ;-)
