[c-nsp] Problem Configuring Cisco 7000 Router

Well, a few things.
If the RP is indeed dead, the good news is, you can probably replace it
for free. I can check if I have an extra, and send you one no charge.
If its one of the better RP's, the newer (but still ancient) RP64, I
may have one, and it would be pretty close to free. If I don't have
one, someone on here probably does that would not mind parting with it
for nothing or next to nothing.
The newer RSP7000 processors can run more modern IOS, and would
probably cost you at least a few hundred dollars to replace. But if
you tried speeds and are no go, then its possible its just dead.
Can you try one of the RP's from the other 7000's in this router to
ensure the slot is good?
