[c-nsp] tracking saa to clear dialer interface

Hi,
I had a few hickups with my provider where connectivity was lost, while all
interface ATM and the virtual access interfaces stayed up. (I noticed a
change in my next hop on the isp side)
Clearing the dialer interface manualy solved the problem.
Is there a way to trigger this by tracking an saa agent monitoring the
status (ping) of a / some nodes on the internet???
