 Unfortunately as far as I can tell there isn't any command to display
the CPU's of ISR's. Also what comes to the forwarding speed rating, I've
discovered that they are exact match to what cisco advertises[0]
 I've taken the time to take top off from few ISR's and they use PMC 
CPU's[1]. 2851 uses RM7065C-466T, 2811 uses RM5261A-350H and 1841
uses RM5261A-250H (so 1841 and 2811 use same CPU in different Hz).
 You should also be able to find Marvel[2] chips MV96340-BCP in 28xx and
GT-96103A in 1841. With of course Broadcom NICs (BCM5421KQM for GE and
BCM5220A4KPT for FE).
 All and all excellent products in my opinion.
