This is what i use

 function r () { [ "$#" -lt 2 ] && CMD="sh run" || CMD=''   ; rsh -lMYRUSER
$* $CMD </dev/null|less; }

"r RTR" will do a sh run | less
"r RTR sh ver" is also possible
"r RTR | grep logg"  -- too
