[c-nsp] Solution, Re: Latency on ATM IMA circuits

Wow,

We have had the same problem.  On a IMA link from Austin to Dallas we went
through Shreveport, and then they re-engineered it to move through Denver.
That was AT&T's solution to the original latency problem.  Can someone say
"Build out your network, please?"
