[c-nsp] 12.3(10a): ipv6 verify unicast reverse-path broken?

We have a 7401 on which I enabled IPv6 today. Everything else seems to
work fine (I'm using static routes and tunnel) but unicast RPF doesn't
work. When I enable IPv6 uRPF on a inteface all the traffic flow from
that interface stops immediately.

Is this a known bug or is there something missing from my
configuration? Below is the configuration of one interface.

interface FastEthernet1/1.9
 description akkmv
 encapsulation dot1Q 9
 ipv6 address 2001:nnn:mmm:ss::1/64
 ipv6 enable
 no cdp enable
end

Cheers,
