Argh, that's what reliance on bookmarks gets you. I had been looking
specifically for '2651XM' which is listed under 'Select Platform' in
addition to '2650XM-2651XM'.

Unlike past 12.3 and 12.3T releases, 12.3(11)T is only listed for
'2650XM-2651XM'.
