[c-nsp] memory-size iomem (7200 series)

Thank god cisco added the ability to use memory-size iomem on 7200's.

With the default (64MB I believe), our NPE-300's choke at 3 full BGP 
tables, CEF, uRPF and communities (no soft reconfig).
After I do a "memory-size iomem 32", I have about 40MB left in the end, 
and IO has about 30MB free.  At least that buys me a few months on NPE 
upgrades.

If your finding yourself trimming back some features because of memory 
on the NPE300/400, take a look at the "memory-size iomem", it can at 
least buy you another 32MB if  your not in that much need of IO-Mem.
