On an NPE-150?

Most likely not:

CSCee11101

The NPE-100 and NPE-150 network processing engines for Cisco 7200 Series routers
will not boot on Cisco IOS Software versions after the integration of
CSCec14039 or CSCee04235.

The NPE-100 and NPE-150 have reached end of software support.

and CSCec14039 was integrated in:

12.0(27.02)S01
