[c-nsp] merging 2 flashes into one filesystem

Hi, Jared.

I tested with a 1GB CF, and it works :)

Router#sh ver | i PCMCIA
1000944K bytes of ATA PCMCIA card at slot 0 (Sector size 512 bytes).
Router#dir disk0:       
Directory of disk0:/

    1  -rw-    23411756  Jan 11 2005 09:32:24 +00:00  rsp-pv-mz.123-11.T2.bin

1024491520 bytes total (1001078784 bytes free)
