[c-nsp] merging 2 flashes into one filesystem

I tested with a 1GB CF, and it works :)

Router#sh ver | i PCMCIA
1000944K bytes of ATA PCMCIA card at slot 0 (Sector size 512 bytes).
Router#dir disk0:
