[c-nsp] SUP2/MSFC2 error message

Hi,

7600/6500 gurus, what does this mean? google finds nothing....

SUP2/MSFC2, several messages like this in log. Started to see them
yesterday. Router works, but CPU load raised from normal 20% to 60%
and seems that mls qos no longer functioning. :(
