As far as the router is concerned, the POSIP actually does show up as a
VIP2-50 with a PA-POSDW-SM in PA bay 0.  I haven't filled one up yet, but
I have seen 80-90mbit/s come in on one and go out through another POSIP
blade in a 7513.
